Mastadon's new album "Crack the Skye"
It is described in Modern Drummer is combining the space-rock profundity of Pink Floyd, the math-rock mechanics and surreal imagery of King Crimson, and the heavy metal histronics of Slayer. WOW
I also have been meaning to pick up a Meshuga Album after reading an article in Modern Drummer and them getting Kudos from Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree). |

I wonder if people have gotten married who already have the same last name. That would be really convenient. At the same time though wouldn't you think on some level that would be insest, cause you would probably have some common relative even if it was 10 generations ago. |

So I have to open the sparks store for an hour for Freddie this morning, but after that me and Natalie are off to Tahoe to kick it with the fam. Should be fun, I just hate eing at Clearwire on my day off!
Oh and I need to try somehow to get Between the Buried and Me off of Adam and I want to score some Meshuga somewhere. |

well, I am here at th flea market chillin.
just thought I would post something to kill some time.
Really don't have much to say...
I guess Im going to Tahoe next week with my folks, that should be fun.
Ben and Alex are supposed to come up and we are going togo back packing. Im becoming a bit skeptical about the whole thing cause no one seems to be doing anything about it. I really want to but we will see. |
